About Village Support

Sigrid Adams brings a wealth of skills and experience to her role as Principal of Village Support. She has worked in the aged care/retirement industry for more than 10 years. Her background includes working as an accreditation surveyor, in assisted care, retirement village management and patient care.

Sigrid is a highly experienced manager with strong leadership skills. She understands the need for timely, responsive and high quality solutions as well as the ethos of both not-for-profit and commercial organisations.

She is approachable, able to establish rapport with residents and staff and can adapt to the needs of any village environment. She is a skilled mediator who develops simple solutions. Sigrid is happy to become a mediator for residents and owners to assist in the goal of continuous improvement.

Sigrid is highly focussed on resident satisfaction. Sigrid has a keen interest in the pre-entry process for the retirement village units. She believes the process should be informative and transparent for proposed new residents.
