Background

Retirement villages exist in a highly competitive and regulated environment. There is ongoing change and pressure to continually improve processes and services. There is no single model for village management, nor is it a mechanistic or static process. Retirement villages must be able to continually analyse and identify future operational requirements in order to deliver improved services.
